Overview:
East Penn is currently seeking a 2nd shift Supervisor for our Topton Distribution Center. We are seeking highly motivated, skilled candidates who would be interested in joining our leadership team.

Qualifications:
Must be qualified to...- Develop a prioritization of work to ensure the warehouse operates safely and productively throughout the year
- Ability to coordinate scheduling among warehouse operation
- Maintain good internal/external relationships
- Provide feedback on the implementation of work schedules and assignment to promote and ensure productive/safe operation
- Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Excellent employee relationship skills
- Take an active role in leading safety initiatives that drive our corporate goals
