HR Generalist
This role will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all HR site matters, collaborating with the Corporate office.
- Role is 100% on-site
- Ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in HR support roles. HR Certifications are preferred, but not required. Union experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will act as the main point of contact and HR representation for this site location, in communication and collaboration with the Corporate HQ offices in Florida as well.- Act as the main face of HR and primary point of contact for all site HR, benefits, and employee wellbeing matters
- Coordinate and collaborate with local leadership to ensure proactive HR approaches and to foster trustworthy relationships with local leadership and on-site employees
- HRIS management
- Oversee and ensure compliance for state, federal and local laws; ensuring company compliance with company policies and procedures, including legal responsibilities
- Handle invoicing for department (supplies, puchase orders, contractor workforce payroll/billing)
- Coordinate recruiting processes
- Participate and represent corporate HQ for Open Enrollment
- Respond to, in a timely manner, to employee inquiries, concerns, etc.
- Prepare reports (Microsoft Excel proficiency required) for senior leadership
