Responsibilities:

Strategy for growth
  • Work with leadership to develop and advance a clearly defined strategy for growth leading to 5x revenue growth within 5 years
  • Work alongside the Studio leadership team to develop a short-, medium- and long-term strategy for growth across the US markets including identifying leads for design/build opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Executive members to ensure alignment with client approach for services, brand, ESG and other key components.
Business development
  • Manage our Studio business development team and coordinate globally. Advance and overall BD strategy to grow clients and revenue.
  • Advance a business development implementation program to target and secure clients. BD efforts have been on an opportunistic and responsive basis, and this new manager will ensure that SP&CM clearly focuses on market opportunities, working alongside direct to market efforts together with brokers and MDs to secure more wins and revenue growth across target client sectors.
  • Map and follow key local client relationships (new, existing and previous contacts and firms)
  • Develop fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients, including cold calling, networking, drop ins and identifying key contacts.
  • Develop regional strategies around identifying, winning, and maintaining clients
  • Develop and implement local risk management plan in collaboration ensuring appropriate action is taken when risks arise e.g., legal, reputational, financial risks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a 4-year university degree in a relevant functional area including Bachelor of Commerce or MBA or similar, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, managing several areas of work simultaneously. Experience managing people and teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite of products.
  • Strong background in Strategy, Business Development and Implementation toward successful programs and growth.
  • Extensive local market and industry knowledge
  • Understanding of procurement processes within industry
  • Understanding of different models used by clients to procure
