Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up workstations, laptops, desktops, and printers
• Conduct installation resets as part of your routine tasks
• Substitute for technicians who step out, ensuring seamless operation
• Provide support to new users and handle all technology-related issues
• Manage the end-of-life deployment of devices
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while working under stress
• Handle configuration tasks and imaging of devices
