His duties would span from developing and offering related instruction (RI) training in the classroom to on the job training (OJT) on a construction site.
*Job duties/Responsibilities*
RI: Using current project builds and remodels as well as NCCER curriculum, lead classroom instruction and associated shop time ensuring students meet all required standards for apprenticeship.
OJT: Oversee student apprentices on residential and commercial job sites with a focus on competency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
OJT: Coordinate job schedules with Project Manager in phases during the planning stage and ensure that all needed parts, materials, and components have been ordered in advance.
OJT: Review blueprints with the General Contractor before beginning work on a new build site. On a remodeling project review the current construction drawings to determine what can be kept and what must be replaced.
OJT: Ensure the College construction company produces only the highest quality work for the customer, and the best training opportunities for our students.

*Qualifications*
Faithfully Catholic, submits to Church Authority in all Her teachings.
5+ years experience in HVAC or an Ohio Master HVAC License or equivalent.
*Work Schedule and Compensation*
Work schedule varies between classroom and jobsite depending on phase of training and build.
Compensation is very competitive.
