Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client’s senior leadership team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Advanced knowledge of Concur.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, email management, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials and other high-level individuals.
  • Project Management: Assist with various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as expense reports, document preparation, and meeting coordination.

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
