We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist role based in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be joining our team and will be primarily responsible for various administrative tasks within our corporate accounting office.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately scan invoices and handle data entry tasks
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Assist with the execution of special projects as required
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer accounts
  • Use communication and customer service skills to professionally answer and direct calls
  • Use basic office skills to manage and distribute information within the office
  • Take appropriate action on customer accounts as needed. • Ability to answer professionally and manage incoming calls
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Must have basic office skills including filing, typing, and handling office equipment
  • Experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service position is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work during business hours.
