Responsibilities
Employee will greet customers, answer phones, transfer calls, assist clients with payments and billing. Must have receptionist experience or other front office work history and be able to multi task for a busy front office. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to communicate in English & Spanish.Will also need to have a high level of professionalism and able to work under pressure & with deadlines. Ideal candidate will also possess good computer skills and be tech savy with texting, emails and apps. Work schedule is Mondays to Fridays (8a-5p) + every other Saturday (8a-12p).
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
- Greeting Customers (1 year of experience is required)
- Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)
- Receptionist Duties (1 year of experience is required)
- Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)
- Data Entry
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (2 years of experience is required)
- Payments/Cash Posting (1 year of experience is required)
- Scheduling
- Payment Schedule/Cash Management/Aging (1 year of experience is required)
- Process Payments (2 years of experience is required)
