Responsibilities:
- Handle Android Development related issues and provide solutions
- Support and maintain Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies
- Manage computer hardware issues and repairs
- Oversee the Active Directory to ensure smooth user authentication and authorization
- Support and maintain Apple devices within the organization
- Implement Backup Technologies for data security and recovery
- Conduct Configuration Management to ensure system security and functionality. • Demonstrable proficiency in Android Development
- Proficient understanding of Cisco Technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Citrix Technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware
- Proficiency in utilizing Dell Technologies
