Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong and trusting relationships with homeowners through clear and respectful communication, establishing yourself as a reliable and professional electrician.
• Install, replace, and remodel residential electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures with precision and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and ensuring a positive relationship with both homeowners and local inspectors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Electrical Apprentices, sharing the expertise and knowledge gained through years of field experience.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative and communicative team environment.
