Must Have: Experience in field service installation in either parking technology, low voltage, cabling, alarm, access control, or relative industry? Nice to Have: Experience with parking technology e.g. gated system installation, payment installation, ticket dispensors, etc.

Responsibilities
This role involves onsite installation at client locations:
75% in Chattanooga, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis.
20% in Atlanta and Charlotte for special projects.

What you will Do:
- Install and support hardware and software in the field at customer sites in the greater Charlotte area
- Accurately maintains supply inventory and performs periodic inventory audits to confirm correct parts levels
- Efficiently respond and provide top tier service support to customers
- Additional duties as needed
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

- Field Service Installation (3 years of experience is required)
- Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
- Valid Driver License (1 year of experience is required)
