🔮 Manager on Duty Mastery:
- Oversee the enchanting operation of all departments.
- Delegate and sprinkle a bit of magic on daily assignments for our fantastic front-line staff.
- Inspire and motivate your team to be "guest-obsessed" and provide service that sparkles!
🎉 Magical Training Coordination:
- Organize captivating training sessions for our front-line Hosts in ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards.
- Empower your team to deliver outstanding customer service, with a touch of guest recovery magic when needed.
🛡️ Supporting the Adventure:
- When not weaving spells as the Duty Manager, support your department in training, stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling.
- Embrace other magical duties as assigned.

📜 Qualifications & Experience: Your Magical Resume:

- Proficiency in customer service with a passion for entertaining children and families.
- Ability to train others effectively—because magic is best when shared!
- A fun, outgoing approach to interacting with others.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills—your spells are powerful!
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Willingness to spread magic on weekends, evenings, and holidays occasionally.
- Flexibility to work during magical hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
