As a Talent Acquisition Intern,youll be supporting theAP TA team. At Signify, you have the opportunity to develop on the job and learn a new skill set. To ensure you have a successful internship experience you will be coached and mentored by one of our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition team with various tasks, including but not limited to:
What youll do
Assist with sourcing candidates through various job boards, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Post job vacancies on job boards and company website
Participate in various recruitment events and career fairs
Maintain accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system
Help with other HR and administrative tasks as needed
Your qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This is a part-time internship position that requires a minimum commitment of 24-40 hours per week. The internship is paid, and the duration is flexible based on the candidate's availability and academic schedule.
