They will efficiently manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

1. Warmly welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
2. Facilitating patient's appointments, registrations, and check-outs.
3. Protecting patient's rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal medical records.
4. Maintaining operations by following established policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
5. Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are kept clean and tidy.
6. Handling patient billing, explaining the billing system and policies to patients, and ensuring payments are received and recorded accurately.
7. Communicating effectively with medical staff for the smooth coordination of patient schedules.
8. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
9. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
10. Ensuring the provision of high-quality service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in medical administration is a plus.
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
4. Previous experience in a medical reception role is preferred.
5. Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations and medical office procedures.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
9. Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
