Sr. Software Engineer

Robert Half is in search of a Senior Software Engineer to join our client's team in Sheboygan, WI. In this role you will be working on tasks such as developing and maintaining web-based technologies, with a flexible tech stack based on best fit for the project.
This role will involve handling multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, user-centric products, and collaborating with various teams.
This is a Direct Hire role that will require and in-office work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Utilize your knowledge of front-end languages to implement interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Design and develop server-side logic, database structures, and APIs for seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems
- Ensure optimal performance of applications by focusing on speed, scalability, and functionality
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and security of all developed solutions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and tools
- Develop custom solutions for a variety of client industries and contribute to the development of in-house marketing software
- Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code.
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience
- Extensive experience with Object-Oriented languages such as C#, Java, PHP, or Ruby.
- Proficiency with modern Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc)
- Strong proficiency with SQL or other database systems
- Experience with version control and cloud platforms is highly preferred
- Experience with SAAS apps is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients
