Campus Overview:
Soin Medical Center- Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
- Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.
- Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.
- Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Reports to the Network Director of Oncology Clinical Services. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the outpatient oncology centers. Manages a team of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other ancillary team support. Provides leadership, clinical practice guidelines, staff development and evaluation of patient services.Manages staff and financial performance. Maintains patient oriented, customer service environment.
Minimum EducationBSN preferred
Required Licenses[Ohio, United States] Registered Nurse
Current State of Ohio Registered Nursing License
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) OCN certification preferred
Certified in CPR
Minimum Work Experience5 years minimum of nursing experience
2 years minimum of Oncology and/or Supervisor experience required
ACHC/accreditation survey experience preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred
