Responsibilities:
  • Address incoming calls from both clients and brokers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Efficiently process incoming checks and requests.
  • Execute the creation and distribution of insurance policies to clients and brokers.
  • Manage the input of client data into the computer system.
  • Oversee the issue of finance agreements and certificates of insurance.
  • Undertake the responsibility of creating new client files.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of files, including a central pending file system.
  • Handle the issuance of new prospect/renewal letters.
  • Maintain and update the database regularly.
  • Assist in the completion of Underwriting Evaluation forms.
  • Support in issuing reports and carrying out special projects as assigned.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, including photocopying and typing, as required.
  • Handle the distribution and date stamping of all incoming mail. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Prior experience in a call center customer service environment, showcasing ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer information.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data analysis, report generation, and spreadsheet management.
  • Skillful in Microsoft Word, highlighting document creation, editing, and formatting abilities.
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing and prioritizing multiple bookings simultaneously.
