- Handle the distribution and date stamping of all incoming mail. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Prior experience in a call center customer service environment, showcasing ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience with data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer information.
- Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data analysis, report generation, and spreadsheet management.
- Skillful in Microsoft Word, highlighting document creation, editing, and formatting abilities.
- Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing and prioritizing multiple bookings simultaneously.
