Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the software development life cycle, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, unit testing, implementation and maintenance.
• Participate in special projects by supporting design, development, testing, and delivery phases.
• Actively conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge in systems software/hardware to deliver high-quality operations and implementations.
• Develop problem-solving models to support other development staff in solving program problems.

Skills and Experience:

• A college degree or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, XML, SQL. ETL and Informatica skills are a plus.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical settings.

• Candidate must possess strong proficiency in .NET
• Proficiency in C# is essential for this role
• Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) is required
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Demonstrated understanding of software development methodologies.
