Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Show and promote properties to potential buyers
- Advise clients on pricing strategies and negotiation techniques
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 18+
