A Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the site, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are followed and that the safety of personnel and property are maintained to meet company and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• - Working Site Supervisor on shift (Must be Flexible for OT and Weekends as Needed!)
• Interact with all guests and visitors and staff in a professional demeanor
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
• Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
• Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
• Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
• Train new officers on proper security measures, use of security equipment, and client specifics
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
• Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel
• Implement company security procedures and protocols
• Other duties to be determined by Regional Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CA Security Guard Card Required!
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
• Detailed oriented
• Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong Leadership Skills to manage and motivate security personnel
• Ability to quickly assess' situations and make effective decisions under pressure
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Good Communication and Verbal Skills
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
• Must be flexible to work Overtime, Weekends and Holidays as needed
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (Background check and Drug screen)
