As a Corporate Staff Accountant at Imperial Dade, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and activities of certain areas, specifically fixed assets.

Responsibilities:

You will:

Maintain the fixed asset subledger(s) and systems
Track and report compliance with company policies and budgets
Record, value, and account for activities and changes
Create reports, reconciliations, and roll forwards; and develop and execute on company processes.
Partner with various internal departments and third parties to ensure accuracy and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications:

You have:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
2-3 years accounting experience, fixed asset experience, public accounting, monthly close, journal entries and post them all related to fixed assets.
Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Blackline
Strong organization and fact-verification skills
The ability to work onsite in our North Bergen office, 4 days per week.
