Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support our client in delivering outstanding service and creating a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, be solution-oriented, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner through phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to address the needs of a diverse customer base effectively.
• Provide information on products, services, policies, and procedures with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer records in company databases with detailed and accurate notes after each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team members for resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively recommend solutions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure service excellence.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred in a call center, retail, or similar environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., CRM tools) and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
