As a Quality Assurance Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of services provided by vendors for HVAC systems, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems and power generation equipment, coupled with expertise in service evaluation and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain quality control systems for HVAC, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring services.
- Conduct inspections of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units.
- Evaluate AC/DC electrical systems such as power distribution units (PDUs) and switchgear maintenance.
- Audit vendor performance to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Inspect and assess preventive maintenance programs and repair quality for HVAC and electrical systems.
- Track and resolve service quality issues; maintain accurate records and conduct statistical analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to define and uphold service expectations.
- Participate in vendor selection processes by assessing their ability to meet quality standards.
