Fulfillment Center IT Administrator
The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT support, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Fulfillment Center IT Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and technical support of Information Technology related assets which include computer systems, voice services, and networks in Fulfillment Center and an office environment.This position will administer the technology services in a secure, predictable, and highly available manner to ensure reliable delivery of these services. The Fulfillment Center IT Administrator position provides first level support and manages technical support requests from initiation to closure.
The position will provide courteous, prompt, and reliable problem resolution to technical support requests.
This position will work under the supervision of the IT Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to staff on-site, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Resolve technical incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime and operational delays.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Install, and configure supporting software.
- Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and support VOIP software for customer service team.
- Perform helpdesk support and troubleshooting, document issue resolution.
- Support HR with onboarding & off-boarding employees.
- Monitor LAN & WLAN resources for issues/outages and provide resolutions and troubleshoot.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
- Collaborate with IT and Fulfillment Center teams on planning, deployment and implementation of new technology and tools within the fulfillment center.
- Plan and coordinate upgrades, installations, and repairs to minimize disruption to operations.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work with outside vendors as needed.
- Assist in hardware and software procurements for office / warehouse.
- Administer backup, recovery, and security procedures.
- Complete other IT related duties as assigned by Manager.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining system security and data privacy.
- Excellent hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
- Windows administration skills.
- Knowledge of LAN/WLAN design, support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written communication, email etiquette, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as under management supervision.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer related field.
- 3+ years’ IT infrastructure support experience, preferably in a fulfillment or Fulfillment Center environment.
- Experience with inventory management, Fulfillment Center management systems (WMS), and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- Experience with end-user support
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
No regular travel is expected for this position. This position may be required to travel to corporate office in San Diego, CA for annual meeting.
Work Environment
This job operates both in a fast-paced, Fulfillment Center environment and professional office environment. On-call availability for urgent IT issues outside of regular hours. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.This role occasionally must lift and carry office equipment.
Physical/Mental Demands- Physical - This is largely a sedentary role.

Work Location
This position is an in-office position working onsite at the GOVX Fulfillment Center in LaVergne, TN. You will be required to report to the office five days a week and work a full eight-hour shift each day from the office. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship will be provided.
