You will be crucial in supporting our business by creating valuable, actionable insights about the data, and communicating your findings to the business. You will work with various stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions/insights.

How you will contribute

Mondelēz Internationalis looking for a strategic leader to shape & transformitsmedia and digital data solutions and capabilities. In this role,you will have the opportunity totransform how Mondelez’s media and digital data is managed and governed to accelerate Mondelēz’s AI, media measurement, digital analytics, andadvance modeling(e.g. MMM, propensity models, look-a-likes) objectives.You will be expected to partner with cross-functional businessteams tounderstand data needs and work with external data providers, business data owners and SMEs, and the IT organization to deliver scalable and re-usable and governed data products.

You will own, shapeand prioritize the product roadmap for media and digital data products and solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media and digital data, data management and governance, and digital analytics best practices.

WHAT THIS TEAM AND ROLE DOES

This role will be part of Mondelēz’s US Insights & Analytics team. Our team is at the forefront of driving AI, data, and analytics across US Commercial business. As a data Product Owner leading media and digitaldatayou will oversee the team as they work towards the following objectives:

  • Drive the vision and strategy for medial and digital data management governance.
  • Build highly trusted data solutions and capabilities in partnership with Mondelez Digital Services organization to accelerate time to insights and actions.
  • Democratize access tohighly curated and good qualitydata products, scaling data usage across BI/Analytics team, marketing and digital commerce teams, and senior executives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Create and evangelize media and digital data product visionto enable media measurement, digital analytics and advance modeling solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and incorporating feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business users, data scientists, and engineers to understand data-related requirements and translate them into actionable data product features.
  • Analyze data sets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance the data product offering. While overseeing data collection, storage, and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of data products and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Own setting up data governance process and standards for media and digital data. Partner with the data governance council to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with business data owners and SMEs to ensure reliable, accessible, high-fidelity information within our tools, driving requirements through a focus on business needs.
  • Sign off the final user acceptance testing of new features and functions and manage communication of product releases to external and internal stakeholders.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in data management, media and digital data, and digital marketing, preferably in commercial roles and/or CPG industries.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital and social media, and traditional media data.
  • Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of consumer data (such a GDPR and CCPA) and how this impactsconsumer data management.
  • Understanding of data technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, data lakes and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling (e.g. star schema and snowflake) to drive solutioning discussion with IT team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
  • Eagerness to constantly seek improvements in the tech stack, data practices, and data solutions.
  • Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., ceremonies, writing user stories).
  • Understanding of the consumer goods industry or similar industries.
  • Experience developing data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus
