Job Title: Patient Navigator - Oncology Support

Duties:

Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology patients, providing guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring coordination across multiple departments.
Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems, including Epic and other scheduling tools.
Provide face-to-face patient interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain and update patient records using Epic and Excel.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and experience with Epic (preferred).
Background in patient navigation within a healthcare environment.

Education:

Associate degree required.

Pay Range:

Weekly: $1,250 - $1,500
