Job Title: Patient Navigator - Oncology Support

Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology patients, providing guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring coordination across multiple departments.
  • Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems, including Epic and other scheduling tools.
  • Provide face-to-face patient interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update patient records using Epic and Excel.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Typing proficiency and experience with Epic (preferred).
  • Background in patient navigation within a healthcare environment.

Education:

  • Associate degree required.

Pay Range:

  • Weekly: $1,250 - $1,500
