Job Description:

Our client, a prominent investment firm is seeking a skilled REMOTE HR Generalist to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing HR operations, coordinating recruitment, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Oversee and update HRIS systems such as Bamboo and ADP, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, handling non-disclosure agreements, and ensuring a seamless process across various entities.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits plans, update annual benefit limits, and conduct quality control on benefits data.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and updates to company policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws, including managing Labor Law Posters and related documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle tasks such as updating job titles, portfolios, and other HR documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a resourceful team member, proactively seeking information and solutions.
  • Critical Thinking: Apply analytical skills, particularly in benefits administration and policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and databases, such as Bamboo and ADP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and HR administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
