Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Real Estate Executive, you will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in real estate
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid real estate license

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties
Assist clients in finding suitable residential or commercial properties based on their requirements
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate industry
Evaluate properties and provide accurate property valuations
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to create property listings and promotional materials
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients
