Sterling - Rough Carpenter

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Rough Carpenter – Master to lead and execute high-quality construction and framing projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in constructing frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary structures, as well as interpreting complex blueprints and plans.This role involves working with various tools and materials to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes. As a Master Carpenter, you will also mentor junior carpenters, oversee project progress, and implement process improvements to maintain efficiency and quality.

Required Skills:
Expertise in rough carpentry, including framing walls, floors, roofs, and constructing frameworks.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, technical drawings, and building specifications.
Advanced knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency.
Leadership skills to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
