We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry located in Raleigh, North Carolina, for an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with the management of various applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries.
This role also requires monitoring and managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage customer credit applications
- Keep customer credit records accurate and up-to-date
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions if required
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial management
- Conduct meetings using Cisco Webex Meetings for effective communication
- Manage expenses and travel details using Concur
- Use CRM to maintain and manage customer relationships
- Operate the Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate time tracking
- Manage calendars and schedule conference calls
- Handle correspondence with detail orientation and accuracy.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services, an essential tool for managing financial tasks within the organization
- Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings, necessary for coordinating and participating in virtual meetings
- Familiarity with Concur, a travel and expense management software
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, critical for managing the organization's relationships and interactions with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System, required for accurate tracking of employee hours
- Proficiency in About Time software, necessary for effective project management
- Demonstrated ability in Calendar Management, crucial for organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting effectively with team members and external parties
- Experience in coordinating Conference Calls, vital for facilitating communication between different parties
- Ability to handle various types of Correspondence, such as emails, letters, and reports, in a detail-oriented manner
