Position Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community health, excellent communication/administrative skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a link between management and employees helping to resolve work-related problems.
- Advise managers on organizational policy.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Personnel and Human Resources – Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, personnel information systems.
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to serving underserved populations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred but not required
