Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a results-focused Account Manager with a sense of urgency - to manage accounts and provide superior customer service around our portfolio of marketing services and printing solutions.
Position Responsibilities- Build solid relationships with new and existing clients
- Retain and grow our account base by providing high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understand the needs of prospects and existing accounts, through discussions with business owners, marketing directors and other senior decision makers
- Sell our core products and services as well as added marketing services – proposing solutions in response to client needs.
- Close sales and provide excellent customer service and follow-up on projects Experience and Skills
- Solid customer relationship-management skills, with several years of account/project management experience
- Great sense of urgency – to get things done NOW.
- Strong ability to resolve conflicting time demands
- Detail-oriented, with an instinct for follow-up
- Ability to prioritize and work independently, with minimal supervision
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, cheerful, collaborative and results-oriented environment
- Solution-based sales experience is preferred
- Helpful to have experience in purchasing or specifying print projects
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e.
PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and ability to do general internet research
