Customer Service Representative - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, billing transactions, bank deposits, handling claims, following up on daily activities and market appropriate products and services during client calls.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish gaps in insurance coverages during client conversations

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred/must be able to obtain prior to commencement of employment)
• strong work ethic
• good attendance record and punctual
• computer skills, like excel, microsoft office, outlook, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
