Learn more by visiting: www.danasafetysupply.com- Operations Manager: The focus of your job will be maintaining safety and federal contractor compliance, assisting General Manager with management duties, inventory management, develop and maintain knowledge of services and pricing structure as well as identifying leads, managing prospects and acquiring new business.
- 2+ years of experience out outside business-to-business sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- MS office and strong Excel skills required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- (Not required but a huge plus) Experience in the Law Enforcement industry with Emergency Vehicle Lighting, Vehicle Equipment, and Tactical Duty Gear.
- Manage Safety and Federal Contractor Compliance.
- Daily inventory management, troubleshooting any issues.
- Manage inventory.
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate services needs.
- Utilize company's Growth Management System (GMS board) scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles.
- Install Supervisor: You must be able to perform physically demanding tasks that may require accessing confined spaces. Your job duties will be to coordinate, manage, and motivate your team of Emergency Vehicle Technicians. Your pay will be a salary plus commission that is accumulated from your installer team’s production.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is desired, but not required
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring
- Able to identify electrical circuits
- Experience w/ installation of emergency lighting desired, but not required
- Able to communicate well with others
- Able to work on and see small objects
- Good hearing and color vision
- Be prompt and prepared to work
- Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) is desired, but not required
