About the Role:

The Specialist/Coordinator for Career & Workforce Navigation and Success Group plays a vital role in empowering community members to achieve their career goals. This dynamic position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating workforce development initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the success of programs that promote economic growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Planning & Design: Collaborate on initiative development, establish goals, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Implementation & Execution: Oversee project implementation, manage resources, and ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and funders.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, personnel, and equipment to support initiatives.

  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate efforts across departments.
  • Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into project performance.
  • Negotiating Partnerships: Negotiate partnership agreements and foster lasting relationships with partners.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Contract Role: $27–$30 per hour during the temporary phase.
  • Permanent Opportunity: Salary ranging from $61,000 to $67,000 annually upon successful hire.
