SA027 - Full-Time Housekeeper - Upper West Side

Overview:
A professional family on the Upper West Side of NYC seeks a full-time family-friendly housekeeper. This role is Monday through Thursday (or Friday) from 11am-8pm and the candidate needs to be flexible based on the parent's schedules. The parents work outside of the home and this role would need to work closely with their current full-time family assistant/nanny.The family has two school-aged daughters and no pets. Although it is not a formal home, the home must stay organized and the chosen candidate must be detail-oriented. The client is looking to fill this role ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and daily housekeeping of the home, including cleaning, laundry (including ironing), linens and organization of the home
- Ensure closets, cabinets, and community areas are organized, well stocked and attention is paid to ensuring items are returned to where they belong
- Grocery shop and prepare simple and nutritious meals for the family. No formal cooking experience is required.
- Occasionally assist nanny with after-school kid related activities including transportation to and from school and activities
Qualifications:
- Longevity in previous roles and excellent references
- Able to work in the Hampons a few weeks in August each summer

Salary and Benefits:
