Summary

As a Project Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of water and wastewater construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

• Supervise all construction activities at the project site, including coordinating subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet project goals
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards and project requirements
• Maintain open and clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues promptly
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors
• Keep accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and change orders
• Manage labor and equipment resources effectively, optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime
