Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and set up effective targeting strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Manage and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, content, design) to align paid search efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
• 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Strong understanding of paid search best practices, bidding strategies, and keyword research.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
