Policy Production Associate

You will also be tasked with resolving non-compliance issues and ensuring accurate and timely responses to internal and external requests.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate underwriting information contained in insured's specifications to determine coverages and identify any discrepancies.
• Issue policies and endorsements to insured's specifications within company deadlines, ensuring compliance with state statutes.
• Collect and validate information for completion of proof of insurance, financial responsibility, and motor carrier filings required by various state regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, bureaus, and regulatory agencies to resolve non-compliance issues relative to Workers' Compensation.
• Monitor internal and external requests for information to ensure accurate and timely response, meeting bureau deadlines, filing deadlines, and company production standards.
• Provide the Statistical department with tax location information for all lines of business within company-specific timelines.
• Calculate and process audit endorsements to meet company service standards. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role within the Financial Services industry
• Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Underwriting
• Knowledge and experience with Commercial Insurance
• Demonstrated abilities in Compliance and Auditing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience in Computer Data Entry is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in policy production is a plus
• Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge within the industry.
