Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - A full service community health agency, committed internally to excellence, while collaborating externally with community partners to participate in a comprehensive system of assistance and resources for the residents of our communities, is seeking an associate medical director for their behavioral healthcare team.
Sr. Management opportunity to provide leadership in best practices, clinical consultation and supervision, and progressive healthcare reform. Associate Medical Director will have an opportunity to lead special projects such as the development of integration protocol and activities with Primary Care providers and quality improvement activities focused on treatment planning and team-based care delivery.Associate Director will also provide treatment services including medical and psychiatric consultations to staff and collaborate with other programs and agencies to coordinate care.
Candidate will be Mass licensed Physician and BE|BC in psychiatry and have a minimum of three years' experience in mental health treatment, including at least two years of leadership experience.
