Job Description- Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction operations on commercial projects.
- Ensure all on-site activities align with project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Oversee quality control measures, ensuring adherence to all design specifications and building codes.
- Report project progress and any potential risks to the Superintendent.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining safety protocols and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and project management processes. You should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with scheduling software and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
