• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications.
• Oversee the procurement process, including the selection of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and company leadership.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders, is accurate and up to date.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Florida is a plus.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a bonus.
