We have opportunities in New York for Customer Delivery Managers to manage the implementation of Our trading system into multiple customer environments. The job entails project management, business management and relationship management and so would require a knowledge of technology and the business flows of equity trading in order to establish client credibility.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelors Degree
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of equity trading business flows and the equity markets
- Good Organizational skills
- Experience of Project Management
- Commercial awareness
- Software background
At least 3 years experience gained in a software product vendor or consultancy services company
At least 12 months IT project management or service delivery management experience Experience in the financial industry sectors (e.g. financial or technology) would be an advantage, but is not a mandatory
The role will encompass:
Project planning and reportingCustomer liaison and reporting
Staff management, resource planning and allocation
Project financial planning and reporting
Liaison with Our Client sales, account, support and associated project teams
