The ServiceNow Administrator will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. Understands the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct leader. May interact with peers and/or other leadership levels. Provides support for large to medium work efforts assigned by leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities.
  • Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes and support integrations with external systems.
  • Provides support for testing scenarios and test cases, to ensure application quality.
  • Supports technology specific best practices and standards.
  • Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, and/or configuration of ITSM tools.
  • ServiceNow Experience should include platform support and both ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Experience supporting Javascript, HTML, CSS and XML.
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills in supporting technical initiatives
  • Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations
  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
  • BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Quebec or Higher)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products
