This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a
Customer Service Representative

in

Eden Prairie, MN, with ILC (Intelligent Lighting Controls) and Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

Directly communicate with customers by phone or electronically and promptly respond to inquiries, including handling & resolving customer complaints.

Handle escalated requests from customers and provide solutions in the best interest of the customer and ILC, present requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.

Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Process project orders by reviewing the submitted documentation to confirm all details are required to accurately ship the product.

Maintain a working technical knowledge of ILC products, including legacy products.

Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to fulfill their responsibilities.

More about you

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of customer service experience.

Strong computer skills, which includes a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system. Candidates with SAP and Epicor experience will be given preference.

Proven interpersonal skills, which include verbal and written communication, positive attitude, listening skills, open to feedback, reliability, collaboration, problem solving, and a sense of humor.

Data entry and processing experience, attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

Ability to organize daily and weekly schedule to meet the needs of our customers.

Salary: $23.89 35.00 per hour USD
