Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Loading Supervisor to join our team in Medford, NY. The Loading Supervisor will oversee the loading and unloading processes, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Requirements:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and loading procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.

Responsibilities- Supervise and manage loading/unloading operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize the movement of goods.
- Lead and train warehouse staff on proper loading techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company procedures are followed.
- Monitor daily loading schedules and manage labor resources accordingly.
- Maintain records of shipments, inventories, and other relevant data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to loading operations.
