As the Maintenance Supervisor at Percy, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and provide a safe, comfortable living environment for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, and managing work orders efficiently.You’ll be the go-to person, organizing tasks in a fast-paced setting while fostering a positive atmosphere for your team and residents alike.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor
- Previous maintenance experience, specifically at an affordable housing property
- Certification in EPA Universal, Type 1 or Type 2
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide your own tools necessary for maintenance tasks
- Experience in property management or facilities management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Competitive salary ranging from $25 to $30 per hour
