  • Manage and optimize social media advertising, promoting the company's image and services. • Must have proficiency in CRM software
  • Familiarity with 'About Time' software will be advantageous
  • Experience in answering inbound calls is required
  • Knowledge of social media advertising strategies is essential
  • Previous experience in administrative assistance is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) is a must
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are needed
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
