Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of multiple smart technology projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project deadlines.
- Central Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between technicians, vendors, clients, HOAs, and properties. Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Procurement Management: Handle and improve procurement processes to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services. Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote our services and enhance our online presence.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll for employees using Paychex, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Perform personal and administrative assistant duties, including booking travel and hotel accommodations, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Site Visits: Travel locally to job sites to meet with superintendents and clients, assess project progress, and address any on-site issues.
- Invoice Processing: Process and track invoices using QuickBooks, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with deadlines and adherence to safety protocols. Address any deviations or concerns promptly.
- Versatility: Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating a "Jack or Jill of all trades" approach to support the team's overall success.
