Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analysis Manager
  • Support leadership of and manage processes within the Finance functions.
  • Manage and manipulate datasets to streamline processes associated with financial planning and analysis.
  • Create custom reports using company proprietary data to help other departments and managers better understand business performance real-time.
  • Compile and analyze both consolidated and site level financial statements.
  • Explain fluctuations and variances in operating expenses.
  • Track and manage certain expenses material to the business.
  • Deliver monthly presentations to the CEO, President, and Chief Financial Officer on business performance.
  • Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes.
  • Define, execute and lead process improvement initiatives for lean and efficient workflow.
  • Propose enhancements to the organization that will improve operational excellence and automate business processes.
  • Conduct cash flow forecasting and analysis to help manage cash position.
  • Support Month end closing processes

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years experience in Finance, accounting, audit or as a Financial Analyst/ FP& A professional;
  • Four-year degree at an accredited university with a specialization in business (Economics, accounting, finance, etc)
  • Extensive experience managing and manipulating large datasets in Microsoft Excel to streamline core processes associated with financial reporting and financial planning and analysis;
  • Power user in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office suite.
  • Experience in building Power BI reports.
